H.H. Liu & Co., C.P.A. was founded by the founder Mr. Edwin Liu in 1992. The firm was initially started up with only one full time staff. Throughout the nine years' of development, the firm has been grown to the current size of over 15 staff members. The firm does not have any good marketing team as the other firms normally do but believe that our service excellence is the BEST marketing force which drives our firm to the success.

Develop from a traditional audit firm providing only the statutory audit services, we have currently moved to provide a more comprehensive scope of services including tax consultancy, corporate finance as well as IT consultancy services. Our focus is to convert the current image of a CPA firm from COST CENTRE to a VALUE ADDED services provider.
